A Country Style Extending Dining Table & 6 Chairs
Here at Absolutely Vintage, we thoughtfully restore furniture, bringing heritage pieces to your home.
The Details
Create a welcoming place to gather with this beautifully refurbished country dining table and chairs.
The table’s substantial turned legs and framed tabletop bring classic character, complemented by ladder-back chairs with shaped details and neutral upholstered seats. A useful drawer, finished with a metal ring handle, offers space for smaller dining essentials.
The pale whitewashed top gives the set a relaxed feel, making it a lovely addition to a modern country kitchen or dining room.
Paint Colour
Lime White.
We have not distressed the paintwork, as we prefer a more classic look to our paint finish.
However, the paint will naturally distress/chip with use over time.
A tin of ‘touch up’ paint can be purchased upon request.
Wood / Wood Finish
The tabletop has a whitewash finish that allows the grain and knots to remain visible, protected with matt varnish.
Decorative imitation worm holes contribute to the set’s rustic detailing and individual character.
Please note: the extension leaf is lighter in tone than the rest of the tabletop, creating a visible colour variation when the table is extended.
Care & Finish
Dust with a soft cloth. Wipe spills promptly with a lightly damp cloth and dry afterwards. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged contact with water. Use coasters and protective mats, and do not place hot dishes directly on the tabletop.
Hardware
Metal ring handle to the table drawer.
