Delivery Information
We offer delivery throughout Mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Delivery costs vary depending on your postcode and the size of the furniture, so please contact us before purchasing for an accurate quotation.
Local delivery within South Yorkshire may be available by arrangement.
Collection is also welcome from Sheffield by appointment.
Every item is carefully wrapped and protected before leaving our workshop to ensure it arrives safely.
Payment Information
Payment can be made securely through our website using the available payment methods at checkout.
For Bespoke Commissions payment is required in full.
Full payment is required before furniture is collected or dispatched.

Furniture Condition
Every piece we sell is genuine vintage or pre-loved furniture that has been carefully selected and professionally refurbished. As each item has lived a previous life, small signs of age, natural character and historic repairs may still be present. We believe these details are part of what makes vintage furniture so special.
Where any notable imperfections remain after refurbishment, they will always be clearly shown in the photographs and described within the individual listing, allowing you to buy with complete confidence.
Caring for Your Furniture
Every piece is refurbished with high quality products and finishes.
To keep your furniture looking its best, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft cloth and wiping up spills promptly.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight, as these may affect the finish over time.

Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
CANCELLATIONS:
For Ready to Buy online purchases, your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply, including your rights to cancel eligible purchases and receive a refund where applicable.
Because many of our pieces of furniture are vintage and refurbished, each piece is unique.
Signs of age, character and any highlighted imperfections form part of the furnitures charm and unique appeal.The photographs form part of the description.
Please Note:
If you order a customised piece, refurbished to your own specification, different cancellation rights apply.
As these items are created specifically for you, they are exempt from cancellation and refund, unless they are faulty or not as described.
RETURNS;
If you decide to return a Ready to Buy item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the furniture to us. As our items are large pieces of furniture, we recommend using a fully insured furniture courier to ensure the item is returned safely. We can help you with this process upon request.
If your item arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly in accordance with your legal rights.
